Our Horns

Laura Chicarello

After earning her Master's Degree from Northwestern State University, Laura became a freelance performer and horn instructor in the DFW Metroplex. Laura has a YouTube channel about "all topics horn" - and continues to educate students through the difficulties of the pandemic, as well as following it. Laura has taught at the CorDallas Horn Camp years, and thoroughly enjoy working with Horn Students!

Tyler Bjerke

Following completing his Master’s degree from the Eastman School of Music and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Tyler became a freelance performer and horn instructor in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. He is currently the 4th horn in the Arkansas Symphony.

Jessi Fazio

Following earning her Bachelor's Degree (USC) and Master's Degree (UMKC) in Horn Performance, Jessi began playing with local groups including orchestras, bands, small ensembles, and CorDallas Horns!

Luke Kennedy

Upon completion of his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Luke became a band director in the DFW Metroplex and continues to thrive and learn each day in his professional endeavors. Luke is an ensemble leader at our Horn Camps and our students thoroughly enjoy working with him each summer.

Rachael Breitenstein

During her time studying Horn Performance at the University of Arkansas, Rachael became the Head Assistant for the CorDallas Horn Camp in 2022, and went above and beyond for our students. She teaches marching band, mellophone, and masterclasses during the summertime prior to returning to Fayetteville for the Fall.

Isabella Garcia

​Originally from Mansfield, TX, Isabella is in her final year studying Music Education at the University of Oklahoma. Isabella performs with the University symphony orchestra, wind symphony, horn ensemble, and woodwind quintet. Being a student instructor for New Horizons Community Band has been an impact for her educational growth in recent years.

Joshua Lawson

After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Joshua started his own studio teaching Euphonium in the DFW Metroplex and assists with coordinating the CorDallas Horn Camp.

Cathy Daniels

After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Radio/TV/Film from TCU, Cathleen started her company, TTCI, Inc., a medical transcription company that serves for clinics and hospitals all around the globe. Along with this, Mrs. Daniels serves as one of our leading assistants, “CorDallas Mom 1” as we all say!

Sharaine Craig

After being in the classroom for many years, Mrs. Craig joined our non-profit as an assistant. Mrs. Craig became our “CorDallas Mom 2” naturally, as she has a giving heart and glowing nature.
